Minimum Educational Qualifications:
A.Graduate Apprentices (BE/B.Tech): -
First Class Engineering Degree [Four/threeyear duration (for lateral entry)] awarded by any recognized Indian University in the respective
field with not less than 60% marks/6.75 CGPA.
B.Technician (Diploma) Apprentices: -
First Class Diploma (3-year duration)
awarded by State Technical Board/University in the respective field with not less than 60%
marks.
C.Non- Technical Graduate Apprentices: - B.Com / BA English - First Class Graduation
(3-year duration) awarded by any recognized Indian University in the respective field with not
less than 60% marks.
All the Non – Technical Graduates (B.Com / BA English) are requested to download the excel
sheet from the below link and fill the excel sheet and forward to
boatebquery@boat-srp.com for consideration, since there is no provision for enrolment of
Non – Engineering students in the portal.

Reservation of Vacancies:
All provisions and guidelines with respect to Reservation for
SC/ST OBC/PWD will be followed – as per Apprentices Act. Candidates from SC/ST/OBC/PWD
categories are to submit original caste certificate as per Government’s standard format.
Candidates from OBC category should bring OBC certificate as per the Govt. prescribed
format from the certificate issuing authority or Tahsildar.
Selection Procedure
: Selection of the apprentices will be through written test/Computer
based test and/or interview, which will be communicated through email id registered with
KMRL by the applicants.
