NAME OF THE POST - Business Development Manager - Value Concept

About the job Will be responsible for managing the procurement process and developing value concepts to drive cost savings and efficiency within the organization.


Responsibilities  

  • Develop and implement value concepts to drive cost savings and improved efficiency across the procurement process. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
  • Manage supplier relationships and performance, including conducting regular supplier evaluations and audits
  • Lead the procurement process, including issuing RFQs, evaluating bids, and negotiating contracts. 
  • Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations. 
  • Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to management on procurement performance and cost savings initiatives. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. -Proficiency in procurement and supply chain management systems and tools.
Qualifications  

  • Minimum 5-year plus experience in developing and leading key value chains in UAE. 
  • Bachelor's degree in business , supply chain management, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in procurement and supplier management, with a strong understanding of value concept development. -Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations related to procurement ,stock and supplier management.
